Law360, New York (December 01, 2010, 8:22 PM ET) -- A former GlaxoSmithKline PLC attorney has pled not guilty to criminal charges of obstructing justice and lying to federal investigators during a probe into whether the pharmaceutical giant illegally marketed its antidepressant Wellbutrin SR for weight-loss purposes.
According to documents filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, Lauren Stevens, a former vice president and associate general counsel at GSK, pled not guilty and was released without bond after surrendering her U.S. passport.
