Law360, New York (January 28, 2011, 3:19 PM ET) -- A judge on Friday sentenced the boyfriend of a former Walt Disney Co. executive assistant to a little over two years in prison for trying to sell the company's financial information to Wall Street traders ahead of its public release.
Judge Kimba Wood sentenced Yonni Sebbag, formerly of Morocco, to 27 months in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and ordered him to turn over $15,000 he received from government investors who bought the report in a sting operation.
