Nokia Sues Apple Over 7 More Tech Patents

Law360, New York (March 29, 2011, 1:06 PM ET) -- Days after a defeat in the U.S. International Trade Commission, Nokia Corp. said Tuesday that it filed another complaint with the agency alleging that Apple Inc.'s cellphones, portable music players, tablets and computers infringe additional patents.

The latest complaint invokes seven patents Nokia says Apple is using in key product features including multitasking operating systems, data synchronization, positioning, call quality and the use of Bluetooth accessories.
