9th Circ. Upholds Facebook Deal With ConnectU Twins

Law360, New York (April 11, 2011, 9:22 PM ET) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday upheld a reported $65 million settlement between Mark Zuckerberg and two brothers who claimed the Facebook CEO stole their idea for the social networking site, though the pair's attorney said they would seek a rehearing.

A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit said it saw no reason for twins Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss and their former classmate Divya Narendra to back out of the deal.
