DC Circ. OKs Funding For Embryonic Stem Cell Research

Law360, New York (April 29, 2011, 4:17 PM ET) -- The District of Columbia Circuit on Friday overturned a preliminary injunction barring the National Institutes of Health from funding research using human embryonic stem cells, giving the Obama administration a boost as it continues to litigate the landmark case.
