NFL Lockout Can Resume Pending Appeal: 8th Circ.

Law360, New York (April 29, 2011, 10:17 PM ET) -- The National Football League's player lockout is back on after the Eighth Circuit on Friday granted the league's request for a temporary stay of a district court's preliminary injunction in an antitrust class action brought by a group of players.
