Gibson Dunn Lawyer Charged In Child Porn Crackdown

Law360, New York (June 14, 2011, 8:08 PM ET) -- New York prosecutors announced charges Tuesday against 26 individuals, including a corporate lawyer at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, for allegedly possessing and sharing child pornography.

The lawyer, Moshe Gerstein, 35, is among 17 of the 26 indicted so far in Manhattan criminal court. A search of Gerstein's home turned up roughly 5,000 images of child sexual assault that were stored on three computers and an external hard drive, city officials said.

A spokeswoman for Gibson Dunn said the firm does not comment on personal matters...
