Law360, New York (November 07, 2011, 3:00 PM ET) -- New York developer Related Cos. LLP reportedly has been served with a subpoena as part of the Federal Housing Finance Agency's probe of Fannie Mae regarding a transaction involving its multifamily financing division.
The inquiry is focused on a single transaction between Fannie Mae and Related and asks whether the developer spoke with Fannie officials about employment opportunities, the Wall Street Journal reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.
