Law360, New York (November 15, 2011, 7:58 PM ET) -- NBA players on Tuesday made good on their threat to bring legal action against the league, lodging a pair of putative class actions in Minnesota and California that accuse the NBA and its teams of widespread antitrust violations.
The players accuse the NBA and its separately owned and independently operated teams of conspiring to deny players the ability to offer their services in the pro basketball market through an unlawful group boycott and price-fixing arrangement.
