2 Acquitted In Gabon FCPA Case, 3 Await Fate

Law360, Washington (January 30, 2012, 4:06 PM ET) -- A Washington federal jury on Monday acquitted two military equipment industry executives, including an ex-U.S. Secret Service agent, accused of bribing Gabonese officials to win contracts, but remained unable to come to a consensus on three others.
