Law360, New York (February 21, 2012, 4:07 PM ET) -- Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd. will spend roughly $270 million on suits claiming the way it packaged its anesthetic Propofol caused a hepatitis C outbreak, Teva told securities regulators Friday, revealing it had settled most of the cases in the Nevada-based litigation.
