State Dept. Hit With FOIA Suit Over Keystone, Law Firm Ties

Law360, New York (February 23, 2012, 6:49 PM ET) -- An environmental advocacy group filed suit Thursday seeking to force the U.S. Department of State to turn over communications between the agency and lobbyists from McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP, Bryan Cave LLP and DLA Piper related to the Keystone XL pipeline.
