Monsanto Agent Orange Suits End In Medical Monitoring Deal

Law360, New York (February 24, 2012, 6:06 PM ET) -- A West Virginia judge on Friday awarded Monsanto Co. and class counsel Calwell Practice PLLC preliminary approval of their settlements incorporating a 30-year medical monitoring program for residents potentially affected by Agent Orange herbicide produced by a nearby, now-defunct plant.
