Apple Flips German IPhone, IPad Ban In Motorola Battle

Law360, New York (February 27, 2012, 7:50 PM ET) -- A German court on Monday handed Apple Inc. a win in a patent battle with Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc., suspending an injunction blocking the sale of iPhones and iPads and saying Motorola's continued insistence on the ban could run afoul of antitrust law.
