Law360, New York (May 01, 2012, 4:15 PM ET) -- Clifford Chance LLP beefed up its mergers and acquisitions team with the addition of a former Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP partner who specializes in representing insurance companies and private equity firms in industry transactions, the firm announced Monday.
