Law360, New York (May 02, 2012, 6:28 PM ET) -- Fresh off a stint as the U.S.’ top offshore drilling regulator, Michael R. Bromwich has joined Goodwin Procter LLP as a partner in its securities litigation and white collar defense practice group, the firm announced Wednesday.
It’s the latest transition from public service to private practice for Bromwich, who has spent his 30-year legal career moving between those two worlds, starting with a job at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York in 1983.
