Law360, Los Angeles (May 03, 2012, 9:28 PM ET) -- Former Arnold & Porter LLP partner David Orta has joined Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, the firm announced Monday, saying its newest partner will head the international arbitration practice in the firm’s Washington office.
