Ford Wins Reversal Of $2B Judgment Over Truck Prices

Law360, New York (May 04, 2012, 6:46 PM ET) -- An Ohio appeals court on Thursday reversed a $2 billion judgment levied against Ford Motor Co. for allegedly concealing wholesale price discounts from a class of dealers, ruling that the trial court abused its discretion by excluding evidence from the automaker.
