FTC's Top Mergers Litigator To Leave Regulator

Law360, New York (May 08, 2012, 8:34 PM ET) -- After more than a decade at the Federal Trade Commission, Matthew J. Reilly, who litigated some of the watchdog's most high-profile hospital merger challenges, plans to leave the agency May 18 but warned that companies going head-to-head with the enforcer shouldn't feel safer in his absence.
