2nd Circ. Defends Starbucks' Pro-Union Pin Limiting Policy

Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 7:29 PM ET) -- The Second Circuit on Thursday upheld Starbucks Corp.'s right to prohibit employees from wearing more than one pro-union button at a time, overturning a National Labor Relations Board ruling that the company had committed unfair labor practices.
