Law360, New York (May 10, 2012, 5:01 PM ET) -- Latham & Watkins LLP has snagged a Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP corporate transactions partner specializing in public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity for its Los Angeles office, the firm announced Thursday.
Casey Fleck joined Latham's corporate department Thursday after 13 years at Skadden, where he built up a practice focusing on transactions including corporate restructurings, recapitalizations, tender offers and consent solicitations representing a range of public and private companies, investment banks and private equity funds.
