Judge Trims Chevron's RICO Suit Against Ecuadoreans' Atty

Law360, New York (May 14, 2012, 6:22 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Monday trimmed Chevron Corp.'s racketeering suit accusing the lawyer for Ecuadorean claimants embroiled in an Amazon rain forest pollution dispute with the company of conspiring to wage a global extortion campaign against Chevron.
