Law360, New York (May 16, 2012, 6:49 PM ET) -- A cross-border mergers and acquisitions attorney with a subspecialty in government contracts and international transactions for private defense companies has left Arnold & Porter LLP and joined DLA Piper as a partner in its Washington office, the firm said Monday.
The firm said Sarah Kahn would serve as co-head of its aerospace, defense and government contracts transactional practice in Washington. Kahn had been a corporate and government contracts lawyer for Arnold & Porter for the past 21 years, working in the firm's Washington office.
