Microsoft Blocks German Threat In Motorola Patent Fight

Law360, Los Angeles (May 14, 2012, 10:06 PM ET) -- A Washington federal judge overseeing a contract and patent fight between Microsoft Corp. and Motorola Inc. over video and wireless technologies on Monday granted Microsoft’s request to block Motorola from enforcing a German court’s May 2 order barring Windows and Xbox sales there.
