Viacom, Time Warner End IPad Streaming Row

Law360, New York (May 16, 2012, 10:33 PM ET) -- Viacom International Inc. and Time Warner Cable Inc. have settled their dispute to allow Time Warner subscribers to stream Viacom’s programming through devices such as iPads, the companies said Wednesday.

Under the deal, Time Warner subscribers will be able to view Viacom programming, including shows such as MTV’s “Jersey Shore” and Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart," according to Viacom company spokesman Mark Jafar, who said Time Warner customers will also get more on-air channels from Viacom, including MTV Hits and MTV Jams....
