Law360, Los Angeles (May 16, 2012, 8:01 PM ET) -- Activision Publishing Inc. has agreed to drop claims alleging rival Electronic Arts Inc. attempted to sabotage the video game publisher's billion-dollar "Call of Duty" franchise by enticing two producers to leave the company, attorneys said Wednesday.
