EEOC's Pay Bias Claims Nixed In Port Authority Atty Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (May 17, 2012, 6:51 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday threw out allegations that the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey paid female nonsupervisory attorneys less than male counterparts, saying the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission failed to provide enough specifics to back up its unequal pay claims.
