Ex-Cozen Atty's Bonus Evidence 'Worthless,' Judge Says

Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 7:12 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge refused Tuesday to revive claims that Cozen O'Connor failed to pay a former partner a $250,000 bonus for generating more than $5 million in revenues, chiding the partner’s “worthless” supporting evidence.
