Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 4:19 PM ET) -- Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP has added former Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP partner James McNally, a seasoned lawyer with corporate transactional experience, to its private equity team in London, the firm announced Wednesday.
McNally's practice focuses on transactional and private equity fund matters, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, financing and joint ventures, according to SRZ.
He previously worked on the Dewey & LeBoeuf global private equity team led by Joseph Smith, who jumped to SRZ's New York office last month.
