Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 1:11 PM ET) -- Apple Inc. on Thursday asked a New York bankruptcy court to remove Eastman Kodak Co.'s suit over 10 digital camera patents to a federal district court, arguing the bankruptcy court is not equipped to handle a complicated patent case.
