US Reps. To Take DOMA Fight To High Court By June's End

Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 7:52 PM ET) -- The congressional group defending the Defense of Marriage Act revealed Wednesday that it plans to ask the U.S. Supreme Court to review a First Circuit decision finding the law unconstitutional by the end of June, which would make the case the first dispute over same-sex marriage to make its way to the high court.
