Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 4:09 PM ET) -- Federal prosecutors in Connecticut have settled criminal charges against five former General Reinsurance Corp. and American International Group executives whose convictions over an alleged $500 million accounting scandal were tossed in August, they said Friday.
The government said in a consent motion that it had reached undisclosed agreements with ex-Gen Re CEO Ronald Ferguson, ex-Chief Financial Officer Elizabeth Monrad, former vice presidents Christopher Garand and Robert Graham, and former AIG Vice President of Reinsurance Christian Milton.
