Law360, Chicago (June 27, 2012, 1:44 PM ET) -- White & Case LLP has picked up a new partner from Australian law firm Freehills to lead its global mining and metals industry practice group in Asia, adding transactional experience in the mining and energy industries to its Singapore and Hong Kong offices, the firm said Tuesday.
John Tivey will split his time between those two offices after departing from his post heading Freehills' mining practice in Melbourne, Australia, White & Case announced.
