Law360, New York (June 29, 2012, 10:54 PM ET) -- DuPont Co. and Koch Industries Inc. unit Invista Co. on Friday agreed to settle their $744M contract dispute stemming from Dupont’s sale of its textiles and interiors business, allegedly saddled with environmental violations, to the polymer developer in April 2004.
