Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 8:10 PM ET) -- U.S. bank regulators on Tuesday released the public outlines of company-written plans for winding down the nine largest banks, should they fail, in a relatively safe and quick manner.
Each of the nine banks that submitted the so-called living wills to the Federal Reserve and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. provided brief snapshots of their capital and liquidity positions, as well as their funding and business structures.
