Law360, New York (July 05, 2012, 3:40 PM ET) -- Four ex-sales representatives filed a $100 million putative class action against drug maker Forest Laboratories Inc. in New York on Thursday, claiming that female employees — particularly those who are pregnant or have children — get short shrift on compensation and promotions, attorneys for the plaintiffs said.
