DC Circ. Won't Delay FCC Political Ad Disclosure Rule

Law360, New York (July 27, 2012, 6:53 PM ET) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday denied a bid from the National Association of Broadcasters to delay the U.S. Federal Communications Commission's implementation of a rule forcing broadcasters to report political advertising information and other public data online.
