Law360, New York (August 03, 2012, 10:14 PM ET) -- Marvell Technology Group Ltd. still employs an insider who allegedly passed tips that went to accused insider trader Doug Whitman, jurors heard Friday, as Whitman's lawyers continued to challenge the theory that the information passed was truly sensitive.
The semiconductor maker did not fire former Marvell vice president William Brennan, whose tips about Marvell's finances allegedly found their way to Whitman and his hedge fund Whitman Capital LLC, Marvell corporate controller Brad Feller said.
