2nd Circ. Lets Citigroup Off Hook For 9/11 Legal Fees

Law360, New York (August 07, 2012, 1:30 PM ET) -- Citigroup Inc., the primary tenant of a Manhattan skyscraper that collapsed on Sept. 11, does not have to pay the legal fees of the building’s owner in insurance litigation stemming from the terrorist attacks, the Second Circuit ruled Tuesday.
