Law360, New York (August 13, 2012, 1:02 PM ET) -- A U.S. House of Representatives committee sued Attorney General Eric Holder on Monday over his refusal to comply with a congressional subpoena and turn over internal documents related to the infamous “Fast and Furious” gun-walking operation.
In a 41-page complaint, the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform chided Holder for his “contumacious refusal” to disclose documents detailing U.S. Department of Justice discussions about how to respond to congressional and media inquiries into the botched gun-trafficking investigation along the U.S.-Mexico border.
