Bombing Victims' Families Sue StanChart Over Iran Assets

Law360, New York (August 15, 2012, 9:11 PM ET) -- Families of the victims of the 1983 bombing of a U.S. Marines barrack in Lebanon accused Standard Chartered PLC on Wednesday of concealing assets owed to them from Iran, just one day after the bank reached a $340 million settlement to resolve claims that it concealed banned Iranian transactions.
