Utica Sues To Keep Hunton Attys In $1.5M Reinsurance Feud

Law360, New York (August 17, 2012, 5:58 PM ET) -- Utica Mutual Insurance Co. brought its fight with two reinsurers to New York federal court Thursday, seeking a ruling that Hunton & Williams LLP's work for Utica on underlying claims doesn't bar it from representing the insurer in an arbitration proceeding over $1.5 million in reinsurance coverage.
