Google Skirted Order To Reveal Paid Bloggers, Judge Says

Law360, New York (August 20, 2012, 3:17 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Monday said Google Inc. hasn't complied with an order directing it and Oracle America Inc. to disclose any payments to those who have reported or published comments on Oracle's two-year-old copyright infringement suit over Google's Android platform.
