5th Circ. Lets Texas Defund Planned Parenthood

Law360, New York (August 21, 2012, 10:08 PM ET) -- Texas can proceed with a law that cuts off state funds to Planned Parenthood and other clinics affiliated with abortion providers after the Fifth Circuit vacated an injunction against the law Tuesday, ruling the clinics' free speech wasn't penalized by the state's decision to disfavor abortion.
