FTC Accuses Dish Network Of Violating Do Not Call Registry

Law360, New York (August 23, 2012, 8:29 PM ET) -- The Federal Trade Commission on Thursday sued satellite broadcaster Dish Network LLC for allegedly violating FTC telemarketing sales rules by calling millions of consumers who had signed up for the national Do Not Call Registry.
