Apple Didn't Infringe Key Motorola Wi-Fi Patent, ITC Rules

Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 9:13 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday cleared Apple Inc. of allegations that its products infringed three Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc. patents, including the wireless communications patent that could have banned the import of iPhones and iPads into the U.S.
