Jailed UBS Tax Whistleblower Gets $104M IRS Award

Law360, New York (September 11, 2012, 12:27 PM ET) -- An incarcerated former UBS AG employee who helped expose the Swiss bank's efforts to shield U.S. clients from taxes on Tuesday received an unprecedented $104 million whistleblower award from the Internal Revenue Service.
