Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 1:34 PM ET) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Thursday reversed her dismissal of three putative class actions accusing Bayer HealthCare LLC of making false health benefit claims in packaging and advertising for its digestive health supplements, after the plaintiff in a similar suit dropped her appeal.
