SNR Denton Sued Over Filing Error In $7M Citigroup Deal

Law360, New York (September 26, 2012, 6:52 PM ET) -- SNR Denton has been hit with a suit by a client over an omission in U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings and a delay in correcting the mistake that allegedly affected a $7.3 million securities sale to Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
