Gupta Ordered To Repay Goldman $6.2M In Legal Fees

Law360, New York (February 25, 2013, 10:38 PM ET) -- Former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. Director Rajat Gupta must repay some $6.2 million in legal costs to the investment banking giant for fees to its firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP that stemmed from the bank's investigation of Gupta’s insider trading role, a New York federal judge ruled Monday.
